Big Changes at the Rallblog
For regular posters and readers of the Rallblog, tech changes at Blogger require that I move my blog to Wordpress instead. Blogger is getting rid of FTP posting that permits URLs like rall.com/rants.html in favor of those that would have names like rallrants.blogspot.com. Doesn't work with my setup.
So sometime before May 1st I will be rolling out the new Rallblog. Here's how this will affect you:
1. NEW URL. I will post that shortly and it will become visible here for as long as Blogger leaves the Rallblog up.
2. COMMENTERS WILL HAVE TO RE-REGISTER at the new blog.
3. 99% of the old posts and comments will be migrated to the new blog. But some stuff will be lost. For that reason I plan to leave this blog here, for historical reasons.
4. AUTHORIZED RALLBLOG POSTERS will need to be re-authorized at the new blog. Don't worry, I'll re-authorize everyone.
As they say, sorry about our dust.
