as i'm sure you've already realized, Disney bought Marvel comics. WB already owns DC.
My Cartoon ruined brain wants to believe this will result in a "Disney quality" Spider Man movie or any other non-kiddie fare, but I'm wrong.
This one's going to be AWESOME! I can smell it from here.
Jack Kirby's heirs are suing for the creations that Jack Kirby was screwed out of: almost everything at Marvel Comics except Spider-Man and Dr. Strange. They screwed Steve Ditko to get those.
