Remember when Mad Magazine had a full page "middle finger" on the cover of one of thier issues? The world didn't end and there were no witch hunts. No go watch the "Bad News Bears".
That was an interview? Seemed like an autobiographical sketch to me, a good, informative one, but shouldn't there be questions in an interview?
Why bother calling Sean Hannity's interview an interview? Those of us who remember Senator Joseph McCarthy's illegal interrogations/character assassinations on national radio and tv, and those who didn't fall asleep in history classes, wonder why Ted retained his composure in the face of such an ABSOLUTE asshole. It boggles the rational mind that Barack Obama still believes he can 'talk to' anyone Republican and Conservative and find middle ground. The Republican Party and its brain-dead, one-note, screeching, home-grown terrorists do NOT have the interests of our country in mind. Their only 'base' is total self-interest. I don't think they just slept through history classes. I think they lynched the history teachers.

After the Dems passed the civil rights act, the racists went republican.
Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act and said, "We have lost the South for a generation."
Thus was born the Republican's "Southern Strategy," and that ushered in the the likes of Nixon and Reagan. Many Democrats (like Reagan) jumped the party's ship to get in on the "Southern Strategy."
Only those who are retarded (or think their audience is ignorant) try to pass off a link between mid-century racism and the modern Democratic party.
