PS Ted, I am currently on page 102 of "Wake Up, You're Liberal".
You published that around 2004, and it clearly shows from its lack of vitriol against a second electoral theft and a lack of an index ;-)
Personally I am trying to look for ways to adapt it to my situation in Pakistan. And helping out some Green friends in Canada. The latter too easy, the former, so hard. LOL
Jokes aside, you mention "coolness" as a vital factor to allow the left to win elections. Despite his many flaws (you should know, you're constantly pointing them out) Obama conquers imagery. But how to finally steamroll the right and marginalise them permanently for the fascists they are? And as 2004 seems more like 8 years ago, do you have any additions/comments to this book you can add?

The US engages in diplomacy at some level with most nations, this entire issue is political BS. The fact that the media treats it as a reasonable disagreement between two dignified sides is an insult to intelligence.
Good one, Ted, but you should have drawn Michelle darker than he is. Or maybe you don't see color, like Stephen Colbert...
I just read somewhere that Obama has pledged to "examine", along with his AG, all of Bush's executive orders and laws passed in the last 8 years in order to "determine their constitutionality", in his first 100 days.
Sounds too good to be true.
I just wanna say if they're gonna give Obama's (white) preacher shit, then George Carlin should watch his ass as well. Dorme bene...
Ted, I think you want Obama to be President, just because he'll be the most fun to do cartoons about for 4 years.
He'll just examine the Bush executive orders....he'll probably let them stand and won't rescind them....I doubt he can resist the call to imperial power....he has his own special interest, Penny Pritzker...a Chicago Sub-Prime princess.

it's just a matter of time before some quick and dirty paper he wrote at Occidental is gonna show up...
His professor there is a master of Hamiltonian elitist; De Tocqueville's work. This will not be lost on the normally clueless talking heads, and it will prove to many, that Obama is a rank elitist. That is, until the paper is discovered to be a fake, at which point, all questions concerning Obama's supposed elitism will cease. Then, we will wonder where the paper came from, but no one will know.
The left needs a Karl Rove.
